Chris
Office Manager
Chris is an Ohio native who brings several years of experience in the dental industry to his role as office manager at our Westerville location. He is passionate about making a positive impact on patients’ lives and enjoys working alongside his team to create a supportive environment focused on quality care and teamwork.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and balancing the fun and energy that comes with a busy family life. He joined the Pure Smiles team in March 2026.
Lesly
Patient Care Coordinator
Lesly joined the Pure Smiles Westerville team as a patient care coordinator (PCC) in August 2026 and brings previous experience in dental assisting. She enjoys helping patients throughout their dental journey and has a goal of completing her dental hygiene education. When not at the office, Lesly enjoys baking, walking, and spending time with her children.
Eileen
Registered Dental Hygienist
Eileen grew up in Pennsylvania. She completed her Associate’s Degree in dental hygiene at Santa Fe State College and is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, the Ohio State Dental Hygiene Association, and the Columbus Dental Hygiene Association. Eileen joined the Pure Smiles Westerville team in January 2023. Eileen enjoys helping people to achieve good oral health.
Fun fact: Eileen plays in a bell choir for her church. She also enjoys crafts, puzzles, walking her dog, and spending time with her family. One of Eileen’s favorite quotes is, “Peace begins with a smile” (Mother Teresa).
Alivia
Registered Dental Hygienist
Alivia is a Registered Dental Hygienist from Ohio, graduating from Hocking College in 2023. Joining our team in February 2024, she thrives on forming personal connections and helping patients feel confident in their smiles.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her goldendoodle, Quincy, visiting family, shopping, and relaxing with her boyfriend. Her goals include improving her cooking skills and traveling more. Her favorite quote, ‘It’s never too late to be what you might have been.’, by George Eliot, inspires her pursuit of dreams.
Kayla
Registered Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in Ohio, Kayla joined the Pure Smiles team in March 2025. As a dedicated dental hygienist, her favorite part of the job is helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. Kayla is passionate about continued learning and plans to further her education in local anesthesia. Outside the office, she enjoys reading and exploring new restaurants in her free time.
Hayley
Registered Dental Hygienist
Hayley joined Pure Smiles in May 2024. She enjoys connecting with patients and helping them achieve their oral health goals through quality care and education. Hayley graduated with high honors from Hocking College and hopes to continue her education by earning a bachelor’s degree and becoming a dental hygiene instructor. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and believes in making self-care a priority every day.
Vicky
Dental Assistant
Vicky was born and raised in Ohio. She joined the Pure Smiles Westerville team in October 2022. Vicky enjoys making others feel great about their smile. Her favorite thing about working in the dental office is the friendly smiles and nice environment. Vicky’s hobbies include spending time with her family, exploring nature, and traveling with her husband and son. Vicky is also a dog owner. Can you guess what her dog’s name is?
Bridget
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Introducing Bridget, our Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) from Ohio. With a dental assisting certificate from Hayes Technical School in 1999 and EFDA certification from OSU in 2012, Bridget brings a wealth of experience to our team. Joining Pure Smiles in May 2024, she finds fulfillment in building relationships and creating smiles.
Outside of work, Bridget enjoys walking dogs and continuously expanding her knowledge in dentistry.
Lexi
Dental Assistant
Lexi, a skilled dental assistant from the Ohio area, joined our practice in July 2024. She’s passionate about creating a welcoming and positive experience for patients, especially those with dental anxiety. Outside the office, Lexi enjoys spending time with her daughter, friends, and family. She also loves attending concerts and exploring nature through hiking. Lexi is currently working toward earning her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene.
Alexxis
Dental Assistant
Alexxis joined Pure Smiles in October 2025. She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them feel better when they leave than when they arrived. Alexxis is passionate about dentistry and loves meeting new patients, making them feel welcome and safe. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, watching TV, and being with her pets. She also plans to continue growing in her role by pursuing additional certifications.
Dakota
Dakota joined Pure Smiles in August 2023 and has a background in dental assisting and phlebotomy. She loves the variety dentistry brings and that no two days are quite the same. Her goal is to earn her EFDA certification and continue growing in the dental field. When not at the office, Dakota enjoys fishing and golfing, and she loves sharing a favorite fun fact: the wave of toothpaste on a toothbrush is called a “nurdle”!
