Jacalyn
Office Manager
Jacalyn was born and raised in Ohio. Following experience in nursing and pharmaceuticals, Jacalyn realized her passion for dentistry and has extensive experience as a practice manager. She joined our Pure Smiles Western Hills location in March 2023. Jacalyn is passionate about training and developing teammates. She works hard to maintain a safe and welcoming environment along with a fun atmosphere for teammates and patients.
Outside of the office, Jacalyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys makeup, photography, and reading. Fun fact: Jacalyn loves Harry Potter, Disney, and Marvel movies.
Amber
Administrative Professional
Amber is a vital member of the Pure Smiles Western Hills team, serving as an administrative professional since May 2023. With a background in business and office administration, she brings valuable skills to her role. Amber takes pride in providing exceptional support and finds fulfillment in witnessing the transformative power of a patient’s smile. Amber’s positive outlook on life and dedication to her work create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and colleagues alike. Her expertise, passion for smiles, and commitment to spreading positivity make her an essential part of the team.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys fishing and game nights with loved ones.
Talia
Patient Care Coordinator
Talia joined Pure Smiles in September 2024. She enjoys building relationships with patients and working closely with her team. Outside of work, Talia enjoys trying new restaurants, watching movies, and hiking. Her goals include traveling to Maine to experience the coast and learning to cook more meals.
Robin
Treatment Care Coordinator
Robin joined Pure Smiles in April 2026 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. She enjoys helping patients feel confident in their smiles and supporting them throughout their care. Outside of work, Robin enjoys sports, traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. A fun fact about Robin is that part of her commute includes taking a boat.
Bernice
Registered Dental Hygienist
Bernice was born and raised in Tennessee and moved to Ohio in 1995. She is a graduate of University Cincinnati Blue Ash where she received her Associate Degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Bernice joined Pure Smiles – Western Hills in August 2022. Her favorite thing about working in the dental industry is giving patient education to patients to help them keep healthy teeth for a lifetime. Bernice is also a Volunteer Dental Hygienist through Joyce Meyer Hand of Hope Dental Missions.
When she is not working, she can be found enjoying her family and hanging out with friends. Bernice also enjoys traveling, volunteering, serving at her local church and everything else she can find to have fun! Bernice’s best advice is to enjoy life!
Emily
Registered Dental Hygienist
Meet Emily, one of our amazing registered dental hygienists. She’s a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, holding an Associate Degree of Applied Science in dental hygiene. Emily became part of the Pure Smiles Western Hills team in October 2023. Emily’s passion lies in helping patients by providing them with the knowledge they need to maintain a healthy smile. She also enjoys building connections with patients to make their dental experience relaxed and comfortable.
Outside of work, Emily cherishes spending time with her family and friends. She’s an outdoors enthusiast and loves watching local sports teams with her boys.
Arcadia
Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary
Arcadia joined Pure Smiles in November 2025. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and at ease, especially when they are nervous or experiencing dental discomfort. Outside of work, Arcadia enjoys reading, baking, walking, and camping. She hopes to one day own an RV and focus on her health. A fun fact about Arcadia is that her name means “sunflower” in Native American culture.
Destini
Dental Assistant
Destini joined Pure Smiles in January 2025. She enjoys meeting patients and appreciates the unique personalities and differences each one brings. She also likes seeing how every smile is different and takes pride in her work. Outside of work, Destini enjoys playdates and fun activities with her kids.
Ashley
Dental Assistant
Ashley joined Pure Smiles in February 2026. She enjoys learning different dental procedures and growing in her role. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, and painting. Halloween is her favorite time of year, and she loves any chance to dress up in costumes.
Elizabeth
Elizabeth joined Pure Smiles in May 2026 and loves helping patients feel confident and creating an experience that makes them enjoy coming to the dentist. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys coffee with friends, spending time with her dog, and binge-watching her favorite TV shows.
