Director of Marketing, Communication, & Branding
Sharon, with over 25 years in the dental industry, transitioned from dental hygienist to Director of Marketing, Communications, and Branding. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene from Lima Technical College and earned her Bachelor of Administration and MBA from Tiffin University. Outside of work, she cherishes time with family.
Tina
Director of Billing & Insurance
Tina was born in Waynesfield, Ohio and raised in Wapakoneta, Ohio. She is a graduate of Wapakoneta High School. Tina joined the Lima practice in November 2018. Tina enjoys all the amazing staff who take such great care of our patients! When she is not at work, Tina can be found gardening and playing with her two dogs.
Kyrsten
HR & Accounting Specialist
Kyrsten is a multi-talented individual from the sunny state of Florida. She pursued her higher education at the University of Akron, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing.
In March of 2023, Kyrsten joined Pure Smiles Lima as an HR and Accounting Specialist. Her skills in these areas have proven to be invaluable. She is known for her strong analytical skills and attention to detail, which make her an asset to the team.
When she’s not working, Kyrsten loves to explore the great outdoors by hiking and finding new trails to conquer. She has a passion for adventure and enjoys the challenge that comes with exploring new and uncharted territories.
Aside from outdoor activities, Kyrsten also has a passion for organizing. She loves taking on organizational projects and is always up for tackling her own or her friends’ houses. She finds satisfaction in bringing order to chaos and creating systems that are both efficient and effective. Finally, one of Kyrsten’s favorite things to do is attend concerts. She loves experiencing the energy of live music and enjoys a wide range of genres.
Trish
Office Manager
Trish is a Connecticut native with a heart for transforming smiles. She holds a BA in healthcare administration and joined Pure Smiles in August 2023. Trish loves changing lives through smiles and building an exceptional team. Her goal: fostering team camaraderie. Outside of work, she enjoys Food Network, cooking, and family time.
Fun fact: she’s officiated over 27 weddings.

LaShea
Accounts Receivable
LaShea, a native of Ohio, is experienced in dentistry and holds a Dental Assistant Certification from Ross IMDT. She joined the Pure Smiles team in March 2023 as an Accounts Receivable/Billing teammate, after transitioning from her previous role as a Dental Assistant. LaShea enjoys working with the great team at Pure Smiles to help patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
In her free time, she likes spending time with her family, including her husband and son, and going camping.
Bethany
Insurance & Billing Coordinator
Bethany was raised in Harrod, Ohio and is a graduate of Allen East High School. New to the dental industry, Bethany joined our Pure Smiles Lima team in September 2021 and is enjoying working with her teammates while learning new things. Outside of work she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Lead Administrative Professional
Christine was born in Lima, Ohio and raised in Elida, Ohio. Following graduation from Elida High School, Christine continued her education at the University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH). She joined the Pure Smiles Lima team in June 2020. Christine has been in the dental industry for the past seven years and enjoys making people smile as well as helping them achieve healthy mouths. She especially enjoys the family-like atmosphere in the office. When not working, Christine enjoys spending time with her three kids, family and friends. She loves watching her kids at their sporting events. Christine’s other hobbies include kayaking, reading and shopping.

Becky was born in Lima, Ohio. She was raised in Leipsic and is a graduate of Leipsic High School. Following high school, Becky continued her education at Bluffton University pursuing a business administration major with a human resources concentration. Becky joined Pure Smiles Lima in April 2021. She is enjoying meeting new, friendly faces and loves seeing so many smiles. When she is not working, Becky can be found spending time with her husband and daughter. Becky’s hobbies include reading, hunting, fishing, camping, and four wheeling.
Erika
Administrative Professional
Erika, an administrative professional, originates from Massachusetts and holds an associate’s degree in medical assisting. She joined Pure Smiles in January 2024 and appreciates the familial atmosphere and her connections with patients. Beyond her role, Erika cherishes moments with her family and friends, especially her son. She enjoys leisurely walks, hikes, and scenic drives. Her favorite saying is, “Oh Lordy, Lordy!”
Stephanie
Regional Coach
Stephanie was born in Ohio and raised in Pennsylvania. Following high school, Stephanie completed her education in dental assisting. In 2009, Stephanie joined Pure Smiles Lima but then left for a few years to start her family. She rejoined the practice again in 2016. Stephanie’s favorite things about the dental field are the patients and her work family! She feels blessed every day to share her passion for dentistry with the Lima community. When she isn’t working, Stephanie can be found cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.

Brenda
Registered Dental Hygienist
Brenda was born and raised in Delphos, Ohio. Following her high school graduation, Brenda furthered her education at Indiana University where she received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Brenda received her Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Sedation Certifications from James A. Rhodes State College. Brenda is constantly pursuing continuing education at live seminars and online courses. She joined the Lima practice in 2012. Brenda loves that her role as a dental hygienist plays such an integral role in helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral and overall health. When not at work, Brenda loves spending time with family and friends and participating in most outdoor activities, especially bicycling trails, kayaking, and gardening. Beach vacations are definitely a favorite! Brenda loves the office because she has the best doctors and co-workers who truly care about the patients and their dental needs.

Tracy was born in Lima, Ohio and raised near Wapakoneta, Ohio. Following graduation from Wapakoneta High School, Tracy attended Lima Technical College and received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Tracy also holds her Nitrous Oxide Sedation and Local Anesthesia certifications. She joined the Lima practice in August 2001. Tracy’s favorite thing about dentistry is helping people improve their dental health. She is a member of the Waynesfield United Methodist church. When she is not working, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and especially with her two granddaughters.
Charla
Registered Dental Hygienist
Charla was born in Van Wert, Ohio and raised in Middle Point, Ohio. In 1992, Charla completed her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Charla received certification in Nitrous Oxide Sedation and Local Anesthesia in 2015. She joined our Lima practice in 2014. Charla enjoys that we focus on each person’s individual concerns and goals when they come into the office. She enjoys how each patient and the co-workers treat and care for one another and enjoys coming here each day. Charla has been a dental hygienist for 28 years and still loves it! She wants to continue to learn about the changes that happen in dentistry and implement them into the lives of the patients while bringing the best care to each person. Charla is a member of the Lifehouse Church in Van Wert, Ohio. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children, Joe and Grace, family, and friends. She also enjoys being outside walking or riding her bike. Her life motto is, “Be a light in someone’s life today.”

Michelle was born in St. Marys, Ohio and raised in New Bremen, Ohio. She is a graduate of Lima Technical College and holds her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Michelle has served the same patients since 1984! Following the closure of the Spencerville office, Michelle joined the Lima practice. Michelle has built long term relationships with many patients. To be a part of improving their health and building trusting relationships is very rewarding to Michelle. Michelle loves how team-oriented the Lima practice is and that everyone is committed to quality dentistry and patient care. When she isn’t working, Michelle is blessed to be a mom and grandma! Michelle feels that grandchildren are gifts that are made for cherishing. She loves to cook for her growing family!
Deb
Registered Dental Hygienist
Deb was born in Lima, Ohio and raised in Spencerville. She is a graduate of Spencerville High School. Deb continued her education at Lima Technical College and earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has also completed continuing education courses at Loma Linda University in San Bernardino, California and Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio. A long-time employee at the Lima office, Deb had decided to retire last year. She missed her patients and co-workers so much that she is back! Deb enjoys helping people keep their teeth, educating and encouraging good oral health, and meeting people from different walks of life. When she isn’t working, Deb enjoys playing pickleball, golfing, reading, and spending time with her grandkids. Deb loves to have fun and enjoys hearing others laugh. Dressing up for Halloween is one of her favorite things!
Jenna
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jenna was born in Lima, Ohio and raised in Spencerville. She is a graduate of Spencerville High School. Following high school, Jenna continued her education at James A. Rhodes State College to receive her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association. Jenna joined the Lima practice in July 2021. She enjoys being able to meet and get to know new people as well as educating others about their oral health. When she is not working, Jenna can be found spending time with her fiancé, family, friends, and German Shepherd puppy. She also likes to shop, walk trails, and complete DIY projects.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Holly was born in Portsmouth, Virginia, and raised in Lima, Ohio. She completed her Associate Degree in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene at Rhodes State College and has worked in the dental field for 21 years. Holly joined the Lima Pure Smiles team in October 2021. She enjoys helping people feel confident about their oral health. Holly loves football and Mopar and when she is not working can often be found gardening, shopping, and canoeing.
Janelle
Registered Dental Hygienist
Janelle was born and raised in Ohio. Following high school, Janelle completed her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene at Rhodes State College. She joined our Pure Smiles Lima practice in January 2022. Janelle enjoys the personal interaction with patients and helping them to achieve optimal oral health. She looks forward to helping her patients feel comfortable during their dental visit and educating them in being successful with their oral and overall health. When she is not working, Janelle can often be found spending time with her husband, mother and family. She enjoys going to craft shows, shopping and planting flowers.

Andrea was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. She is a graduate of Lima Senior High School. Following high school Andrea completed Dental Assistant Certification at Apollo. Andrea joined Pure Smiles Lima in June 2021. She enjoys helping patients feel better and seeing them smile. Andrea looks forward to growing as a dental assistant and learning as much as possible. When she isn’t working, Andrea can be found spending time with her kids, going to family gatherings, and enjoying the outdoors.
Courtney
Dental Assistant
Courtney was raised in Pennsylvania and joined the Lima Pure Smiles team in October 2022. She loves helping others with their smiles. Courtney enjoys taking care of her pets, drawing, exercising, and relaxing. A fun fact about Courtney is that she is fluent in American Sign Language!

Dental Assistant
Chris, a dental assistant, joined Pure Smiles in March 2024. Originally from Ohio, she attended Old Dominion University. She finds joy in helping patients receive the dental care they deserve and thrives in teamwork. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, crocheting, and solving puzzles. She cherishes spending quality time with her granddaughters.

Jocelyn, an EFDA from Findlay, Ohio, is skilled in dental care. She joined Pure Smiles in April 2023, bringing her expertise and passion for helping patients. When not working, she enjoys time with her husband their two dogs, friends, and family, staying active, and trying new espresso flavors.
Kayla
Sterilization Technician
Kayla was raised in Lima, Ohio. She joined the Lima Pure Smiles practice in August 2021 and brings with her a vast knowledge in sterilization. New to the dental industry, Kayla is enjoying learning new ideas and things. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her child and traveling. She aspires to continue her education. Fun fact about Kayla is that she is initially very shy.
Volodymyr ("V")
Sterilization Technician
Meet Volodymyr, our Sterilization Technician with a high medical education from Ukraine. Having seamlessly transitioned into the dental industry upon arriving in the US, he finds fulfillment in making people happy. Joining the Pure Smiles Lima team in December 2023, “V” is not only a dedicated professional but also an individual with a wealth of interesting information, like the fact that elephants can sense rain from 100 miles away.
Outside of work, he attends church, savors coffee, and enjoys engaging conversations with people. Welcome Volodymyr, whose diverse interests and dedication contribute to the vibrant atmosphere at Pure Smiles.
