Chad Ollom, D.D.S.
Dr. Chad Ollom grew up in Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where he earned his undergraduate as well as his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, Dr. Chad gained interest in surgical procedures and implants, leading him to attend the Midwest Implant Institute during his final year. He continued his development in this area, eventually going on to complete their fellowship program.
Dr. Chad constantly strives to bring more value to his patients by seeking out and studying with numerous world-renowned mentors. He dedicates much of his focus toward dental surgery and comprehensive care, including specific procedures such as: extractions, implants, bone grafting, tissue grafting, sinus augmentation and advanced comprehensive restorative dentistry.
He is also skilled at the placement and restoration of implant dentures, as well as full arch implant supported bridges. Dr. Chad is a certified IV conscious sedation provider and prides himself in staying up to date by regular attendance at continuing education courses.
Dr. Chad and his wife, Dr. Stephanie Ollom, are excited to serve the central Ohio community through Pure Smiles. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Chad loves spending time with his wife and family, especially his three little girls, Sloane, Sage and Sofie.

Michael Cobb, D.D.S, B.S.
Dr. Michael Cobb grew up in Ohio and attended John Carroll University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in biology. Following graduation from John Carroll University, Dr. Cobb attended The Ohio State University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1995. While in dental school, Dr. Cobb began honing his skills, which enabled him to provide a wide range of services that ensure patient satisfaction, comfort, and health. With more than twenty-five years of experience in group dental practices, Dr. Cobb’s greatest strength is his ability to effectively communicate with patients, which puts them at ease.
Along with his most recent position at Lutheran Social Services and the Clinic at Faith Mission, where he was providing dental care for veterans and homeless individuals, Dr. Cobb has practiced in both group and private practices. All of these experiences helped Dr. Cobb hone his skills in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry including endodontic therapy, oral surgery, and prosthodontics.
When he is not working, Dr. Cobb can be found spending his time fishing, hiking, and biking. Dr. Cobb also enjoys participating in competitive swimming, and is honing his cooking (and eating) skills!
Tracy Mayers, D.D.S.
Dr. Tracy Mayers grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1994. Dr. Mayers continued her education at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1998. Dr. Mayers received the Naval Health Professions scholarship while in dental school and served with the Marines as a Naval dentist after graduation. While in the Navy, she completed the Camp Pendleton Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency and served at several dental clinics on the base providing dental services to the Marines.
With over twenty years of dental practice experience, Dr. Mayers has refined her skills in the dental field. She enjoys all restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, and oral surgery procedures. She is certified in IV sedation. She strives to help patients understand their dental needs, be informed of their options, and be pleased with their outcomes.
Outside of work Dr. Mayers enjoys traveling, live music, enjoying anything outside, and going to the gym. She especially enjoys the time with her three children, Lauren, Emma, and Sam, all students or alumni of Lima Central Catholic.
Mackenzie Lingenfelter, D.D.S.
Dr. Mackenzie Lingenfelter is a skilled and compassionate dentist dedicated to comprehensive dental care. Originally from Ohio, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from The Ohio State University in May 2018.
Driven by her passion for oral health, Dr. Lingenfelter pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, graduating magna cum laude in May 2022. She developed a strong foundation in various aspects of dentistry, allowing her to provide personalized treatment.
She completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the Dayton VA Medical Center, further honing her clinical expertise and understanding of veterans’ unique oral health needs.
Dr. Lingenfelter holds a certificate in the Interprofessional Program on Substance Use Disorders, showcasing her commitment to compassionate care for patients affected by substance use disorders.
Outside of her profession, she enjoys traveling with her fiancé, reading historical fiction books, and engaging in outdoor activities with her dog.
