Dr. Wesley Shankland Joins Lima Dental Associates

Lima, Ohio (February 27, 2013) – Wesley Shankland, D.D.S., Ph.D. and Director of the TMJ & Facial Pain Center has returned to his hometown of Lima and is accepting new patients at Lima Dental Associates and at the Lima Oral Sleep Center at Lima Dental.

After serving as a combat medic in the army, Dr. Shankland returned to Ohio State University to graduate from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1978.  He also served on the faculty of the College of Dentistry from 1979 until 1984, where he taught courses in clinical endodontics and temporomandibular disorders. Dr. Shankland also holds a Master’s of Science Degree in anatomy from Ohio State University and a Ph.D, also in anatomy.
