Bobbe was born in New Carlisle, Ohio and raised in Troy, Ohio. Following high school, Bobbe went on to complete some college courses. Bobbe has enjoyed continuing her education with courses such as Front Office Rocks, dental help books, and a 1-minute manager. Bobbe joined our Tipp City practice in December of 2007. Her favorite thing about the dental industry is the people and helping them with their smiles! When she isn’t at work Bobbe enjoys reading, camping and going to festivals.
Business Intelligence Manager
Niccole was born and raised in Michigan. She is a theatre major and has a minor in Christian literature and history from Kalamazoo College. Niccole joined the Tipp City practice in February 2009. Her favorite thing about the dental industry is getting to know the patients. Niccole is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers. She is also a member of the Sock & Buskin Community Theatre, a West Regional Representative for the Ohio Community Theatre Association, and is the President and on the board of directors for the Troy Civic Theatre. When she is not at work Niccole enjoys the theatre and can often be seen acting in one of the local plays.

Teresa was born in Troy, Ohio and raised in Covington, Ohio. She graduated high school in 1986 and went on to complete some college courses. Teresa has continued her education with Microsoft classes, medical billing and coding classes, and medical terminology. She joined our Tipp City practice in 2015. Teresa’s favorite thing about the dental industry is helping patients get the most from their insurance benefits and being able to help with their dental financial aspects. When she is not working, Teresa can be found spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
Emma was born and raised in Tipp City, Ohio. Following graduation from Tippecanoe High School in 2017, Emma enrolled at Wright State University and is currently a senior pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus on Printmaking. Emma joined our Tipp City practice in June of 2016. Her favorite thing about the dental industry is getting to know the patients and seeing them frequently. She enjoys being able to design flyers for promotions and office events. When she isn’t working Emma works on her artwork, goes hiking and traveling, spends time in nature and at national parks, and spends time with her nieces, boyfriend, and German Shepherd Luna. Emma has a love for animals. She currently has 3 dogs, a snake, a tortoise, a rat, and a fish tank. Last summer Emma worked at Walt Disney World as a college intern and learned how to be a character attendant! She got to work with and meet people from all over the world. Emma said it was a magical experience and is thankful for the opportunity.

Irene was born and raised in Texas. She is a graduate of Hannah High School. Irene has completed continuing education in childcare and behavioral management. Irene joined our Tipp City practice in November 2001. Irene enjoys learning new things every day and meeting new children. She enjoys helping patients when they come into the office anxious and scared. Irene likes helping to make their visit as pleasant as possible. When she isn’t working, Irene enjoys cleaning, organizing, and singing with her boys.
Polly was born and raised in Sidney, Ohio. She graduated from Sidney High School. Polly joined our Tipp City practice in April 2019. Her favorite thing about the dental industry is having the opportunity to help people get the smile they have always wanted and to comfort the patients that have anxiety about coming to the dentist. Polly is a member of His Hands Extended Sanctuary, Sock and Buskin Community Theatre, and Raise the Roof for the Arts. When she isn’t working Polly can be found volunteering with His Hands Extended Sanctuary. Polly loves giving back to her community. Polly also plays the guitar and writes music with her friends.

Amber was born in Greenville, Ohio and raised in Arcanum, Ohio. For her last two years of high school, Amber attended Miami Valley Career Technology Center and studied Dental Assisting. In 2012 she received her certification in Dental Assisting (CODA). Amber went on to receive her associate’s degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Sinclair Community College. She joined our Tipp City practice in October 2018. Amber’s favorite thing about the dental industry is being able to educate patients about good oral health and helping them to feel comfortable during their appointments. Amber realizes the great number of patients with dental anxiety and finds joy in helping them to relax and look forward to their future dental appointments. When she isn’t working Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, online shopping, trying new restaurants and spending time with her Ragamuffin cat, Priscilla.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Christy was born and raised in Clayton, Ohio. She graduated from Northmont High School in 1999. Christy received her associate’s degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2008. In 2018, she received her bachelor’s degree in Health Science Education from Kettering College. Christy is a life-long learner. She completes her required continuing education of 24 hours every two years for license renewal but also exceeds the requirement in order to stay relevant and educated in the new research. Christy will be working on her master’s degree, through Central Michigan University, with a degree in Healthcare Administration. Christy teaches dental hygiene students at Sinclair Community College, which has been beneficial to her own learning. She lectures on dental hygiene instrumentation to first-year students and instructs a clinical lab for the first-year students. Christy is also faculty in the second-year clinic. Christy joined our Tipp City practice in 2016. Her favorite part about working in the dentistry field is creating friendships with patients. Christy loves being able to help people and watch them progress with the help of her skills and knowledge. Christy is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association, Ohio Dental Hygiene Association, and Dayton Dental Society. When she is not at work, Christy enjoys being a mother to a 6-year old girl who has her whole heart! They love crafting, watching baking shows, and reading together. Christy is also an avid baker and says some would consider her a “food pusher”, but that’s how she shows her love. She also crochets and enjoys wine paired with cheese. Coming from a family of 9 children, Christy never thought she would be able to go to college. With an underlying notion she wouldn’t be smart enough to attend college and succeed, she realized where there’s a will, there’s a way, and has come to realize that it’s not how smart you are but it’s how determined you are!

Crystal started her career in dentistry after graduating from high school as a pediatric dental assistant for 10 years. After the birth of her son, she decided to continue her education and earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Sinclair Community College. She has worked in a family-centered practice in New Carlisle since and loved meeting and getting to know the people in her community. Crystal values the relationships she has built and looks forward to getting to know the patients at Pure Smiles and help them meet their dental goals. She and her husband Byron have two children – Kyle and Kelly, and a dachshund named Hoddi. Some of her hobbies include biking, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family. The most satisfying part of Crystal’s job is getting to know people and helping them improve their dental health. She loves to see people return for checkups and see that they have tried a suggestion she’s made and how happy they are with the results.

Glory was born and raised in Piqua, Ohio. She is a graduate of Sinclair Community College with an associate’s degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Glory went on to receive certification in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Sedation for dental hygienists. Glory joined the US Navy as a dental tech when she was 20 years old. She was stationed in San Diego from 1974-1976. Following her graduation from Sinclair in 1979, Glory was honorably discharged from the US Navy. She worked in a dental office in New Carlisle for the next 36 years until she retired. After a year, Glory realized she missed her patients. Glory joined our Tipp City practice in October 2016. Glory loves what she does! She enjoys patient care and interactions with patients. Glory is a volunteer at the Needy Basket organization at the Miami County Food Pantry. When she isn’t working, Glory enjoys shopping, watching movies, decorating, and enjoying life with her husband, Joe. Glory’s philosophy to her patients is, “I’m here for you, you are not here for me.”

Patty was born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Vandalia, Ohio. Patty holds an associate’s degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Sinclair Community College, a K-3 education from the University of Dayton, and a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (concentration in teaching and periodontal disease) from the University of Southern California. Patty enjoys all aspects of dentistry! She joined our Tipp City office in September 2000. Patty’s favorite thing about dentistry is that her father was a dentist, so she has been around dentistry all her life. She enjoys helping people obtain optimum oral health for life. Patty describes the Tipp City office as a big family from co-workers to the patients and enjoys how they all work together to make a better place for everyone to feel comfortable while being treated with respect. Patty is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. When she is not at work, Patty enjoys movies, doing jig-saw puzzles on her I-Pad, sewing, scrapbooking, and photography. Patty was adjunct faculty at Sinclair Community College and the University of Southern California. She enjoys going to daycares and schools for dental presentations. Her very first patient as a dental hygienist is still one of her patients today! Patty’s goal is to have the best dental hygiene team possible and be a great leader for them. One of the things on Patty’s bucket list is to visit all 50 states. She would also love to go to Australia, Ireland, and on a cruise.

Kate was born in Pascagoula, Mississippi and raised in Lima, Ohio. Currently, Kate is enrolled in the Dental Hygiene program at James A. Rhodes State College and will graduate with her associate’s degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2020. Kate joined the practice in 2017. Kate’s favorite thing about the dental industry is seeing patients smile when they regain confidence in themselves. Kate is a member of the Ohio Dental Hygiene Association, the American Dental Hygiene Association, the Northwest Ohio Dental Hygiene Association, and the Student’s American Dental Hygiene Association. When she isn’t at work and school, Kate enjoys hanging out with family and friends. Kate has a dog named Chip & “he’s the best!”
Certified Dental Assistant
Nadia was born in Russia and was adopted at age 10. She was raised in Tipp City, Ohio. Following graduation from Tippecanoe High School, Nadia went on to Sinclair Community College to receive her certification in Dental Assisting. Nadia’s continuing education includes CPR certification and x-ray courses. She joined our Tipp City practice in April 2019. Nadia’s favorite thing about the dental industry is working with patients and seeing them smile after each procedure. When she is not working, Nadia enjoys hanging out with her cats. She loves her nieces and nephews and looks forward to spending time with them. Nadia has three sisters and a brother-in-law, and they look forward to spending time together. Nadia’s goals include obtaining her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting certification.
Stacy was born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Vandalia. Along with her high school diploma, Stacy completed her Dental Assisting Certification at Miami Valley Career Technology Center. Stacy is state certified in dental assisting, x-ray licensure, and coronal polishing. Her most recent continuing education was in coronal polishing. Stacy joined our Tipp City practice in September 2016. She has a love for helping people, listening to them, and making them feel as comfortable as possible. She loves working in the Tipp City office. Stacy enjoys meeting both patients and coworkers of different backgrounds and has learned so much! She enjoys working alongside individuals who are always willing to help others. When she is not at work, Stacy enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves outdoor activities (when the weather is nice) such as kayaking, lounging in the pool, hiking, and festivals. Once her son gets a little older, Stacy plans to continue her education and training to become a state certified (EFDA) Expanded Functions Dental Assistant.
Stacy gave birth to her first child, Ezra, in July of 2019.
Tammy was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She is a graduate of Tippecanoe High School and the Career Center in Dayton, Ohio. Tammy’s most recent continuing education includes CPR certification and radiology classes. Tammy joined our Tipp City practice in July 2019. She enjoys educating patients on the new procedures available to them and likes helping to relieve patients’ pain. When she is not working, Tammy enjoys hanging out with her kids, reading, and looks forward to walks with her 12-year old boxer who is her little soulmate! Tammy’s goals include moving back to Charleston, South Carolina in the future.
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Sarah was born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Brunswick, Ohio. She holds an associate’s degree as well as her EFDA certification from Sinclair Community College. Sarah joined our Tipp City practice in September of 2001. Her favorite thing about dentistry is helping others. Sarah is a member of the Dental Assisting National Board organization for dental assistants. When she is not at work, Sarah enjoys EVERYTHING with her puppies including running, walking, frisbee, snuggling, boating, hiking, and camping. She also enjoys wakeboarding (the pups watch from the boat). Sarah loves cooking, geocaching, and family time. Sarah is completely obsessed with her Aussie pups, Mario and Borky!
