Cathy grew up in Milwaukee, WI and was raised in St. Francis, WI. She is a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College, where she studied business management and Franklin University, in Columbus, Ohio, where she studied organizational leadership.

Cathy began her career delivering stand-up presentations and enjoyed the personal interaction and ability to help others grow and achieve their professional career goals. This early experience led her to build a career in the human resources profession where she’s had the opportunity to advance and work in a variety of industries and Fortune 500 companies.

With over 20 years of experience, she has led Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Organization Development teams. She understands the importance of putting the customer first, building relationships, collaborating with others, and effective communication skills. Cathy is an active member of the Institute for Management Studies Advisory Board, the Talent and Acquisition Marketing Board and the Society for Human Resources Management.

When she is not at work, Cathy enjoys running, landscaping, travelling to warm places and spending time with family. She is a big Ohio State Buckeyes and Green Bay Packers fan and likes to listen to heavy metal music.
