WHAT: Welcome Kick-Off Event for the Lima Dental Kids Club. Area youngsters and 12 and under Lima Dental Associates patients will gather for a party and introduction to the Lima Dental Kids Club. Kids will meet, and have their photo taken with Sparkle! the Tooth Fairy; participate in “Brushing Up,”demonstrations, jump in Sparkles’ castle, have lunch and get great goodies in their Lima Dental Kids Club insulated lunch bag. Parents will also receive information and instruction as to how to better ensure dental health for their children with at-home tips on brushing, flossing and nutrition. WHY: Lima Dental Associates (LDA) is committed to dental health and wellness through education and treatment. Dr. Erik Risolvato, and the other dentists and staff of Lima Dental Associates, is beginning a major community education outreach initiative, of which the Lima Dental Kids Club is the first phase. Membership in the Lima Dental Kids Club is free, and parents whose children are members, will also receive a 10% discount on all LDA services for their children through age 12. In addition to the goodie bag filled with healthy and fun treats, Kids club members will also receive invitations to future Kids Club with Sparkle!, events and more.
ABOUT LIMA DENTAL: State-of-the-Art Technology; State-of-the-Heart Care. Lima Dental Associates currently has three dentists practicing on-site. A staff of over 30 people, including dental hygienists and insurance/financing assistants support the doctors and patients. The practice has been open in Lima since 1969, and was purchased in 2005 by Dr. Risolvato.
