Dental Office Anxiety

March 7, 2017

We understand how valuable time is to our patients. We are often met with the question of “how long will this take”. Our goal is to work as quickly and efficiently as possible while still providing the highest quality of care. Together our staff works very hard to streamline every procedure. One of the ways that we are able to address time issues is with our cerec unit. Dental Crowns and onlays used to be multi visit treatments. These procedures are one of the most common dental treatments provided. Several years ago we purchased a unit that would allow us to complete this treatment in one appointment. We are able to custom mill crowns and restorations while the patient waits in the chair. This allows the patients treatment to be completed in just one visit and eliminates additional appointments.

Fear is always a concerning factor when we are treating patients. We listen very closely to our patients needs from the time that they call to make their appointment to the time that we walk with them to the door. We work to ensure each patient is as comfortable as possible. Some of the ways that we make this happen include dental sedation options. Our offices offer several different sedation options to aid in the comfort of the patient such as nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas, non IV sedation, giving in the form of a pill called Triazalam, and we also have IV sedation available for surgical procedures. By offering sedation we can help the patient relax while receiving care. It allows us to work efficiently and complete treatment as comfortably as possible for the patient.

Finances are always a factor in any treatment. We understand that every single patient has very specific dental and financial needs. We recognize that every single patient deserves the best treatment possible. Our front office works tirelessly to ensure that all possible financial options are available to our patients. Some of the options available to our patients include financing options such as care credit and lending club. We also work with insurance companies to file the patient claims for them.

Whether your deterrent is time, fear, or money, give us a call! We can help. And remember: “Keep Smiling, Sharing, and Caring”.
