At Pure Smiles, our core mission is to provide a positive, lasting difference in the lives we touch. We are happy that we are now available to our patients for all of their dental care needs and are looking forward to fully serving our communities once more. As such, we are working diligently to assure the health and safety of our patients, as well as our team members, while we address the dental care that we had been asked to postpone by the Ohio Department of Health due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to the universal precautions and strict sterilization guidelines that we have always abided by, we have implemented extra sanitation protocols that have been directed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Ohio State Dental Board and American Dental Association. These protocols will help further assure that our offices continue to remain a safe environment.

In the event of a dental emergency, or if you are experiencing dental pain, we encourage you to call our office for an appointment. We are asking that you call ahead as we are limiting the number of patients in our office at one time. For those experiencing a dental emergency but are considered a high-risk individual, has had a fever in the last 24 hours or who has had contact with someone who is ill, we ask that you please call our office so we can arrange a telephone or facetime consultation. Our number one goal is the health and safety of our patients and team members, and we are working diligently to assure this. 

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation as we do our best to work with all of the patients that did not fall within the emergency guidelines during the orders set forth by the Ohio Department of Health. We know that if we all play our individual roles and work as a community throughout this situation, we will be able to help alleviate and overcome the pandemic that we are facing. It is with sincere compassion that we wish patience, health and goodwill for all during these unprecedented times.
